"Getting ready for this year’s USAV Open Masters with Coach Tate was such a great experience! He’s super creative and thinks strategically, especially in those tricky in-game situations that come up often. I also had the chance to photograph his teams at A-Level, and I absolutely loved seeing how prepared he was to guide and train the girls. He’s respectful, trustworthy, and truly dedicated. Also a total volleyball nerd (in the best way 😄), and always ready to help. You can feel how much he loves the game, and that energy is contagious. So thankful for all his support and partnership."

TMV Performance Terms of Service
Last updated: July 28, 2026
These Terms of Service govern enrolment in programmes and services offered by Morrell Athletics Inc., operating as TMV Performance (“TMV Performance,” “TMV,” “we,” “us” or “our”).
By purchasing a programme, accepting these Terms at checkout or registering an athlete, the purchaser agrees to these Terms. When the athlete is under 18, the purchaser confirms that they are the athlete’s parent or legal guardian and have authority to enter into this agreement on the athlete’s behalf.
1. Fall 2026 Founding Cohort
The TMV Performance Fall 2026 Founding Athlete Development Programme runs from:
September 13 through December 5, 2026
The programme is offered in three tiers:
- TMV Foundation
- TMV Development
- TMV Performance
The services included in each tier are those displayed on the TMV Performance website and Stripe Checkout page at the time of purchase.
Founding pricing applies only to this cohort and does not guarantee the same pricing for future programmes.
Late enrolment is available only with TMV Performance’s approval and does not automatically extend the December 6, 2026 programme end date.
2. Twelve-Week Commitment
Enrolment represents a commitment to the entire 12-week programme.
The purchaser is responsible for the full programme price, regardless of:
- Athlete attendance
- Voluntary withdrawal
- Club or school schedule changes
- Travel
- Injury or illness
- Changes in team placement
- Failure to complete assigned training
Payments are divided into instalments for convenience. The instalment arrangement does not create a pay-as-you-go programme and does not allow cancellation after each four-week period.
3. Payment Schedule
The programme is paid through three automatic payments:Foundation: CAD $359 × 3 = CAD $1,077
Development: CAD $679 × 3 = CAD $2,037
Performance: CAD $1,359 × 3 = CAD $4,077The first payment is charged when enrolment is completed. The second payment is charged approximately 28 days later, and the third payment is charged approximately 56 days after enrolment.
Payment dates are based on the original purchase date and may not correspond exactly with the programme’s September 14 start date.
By enrolling, the purchaser authorizes TMV Performance and its payment processor, Stripe, to charge the payment method provided for all three scheduled payments.
Although Stripe may describe the payment arrangement as a “subscription,” it is a fixed three-payment programme commitment. It will not renew after the third payment, and no fourth payment will be charged.
4. Failed Payments
The purchaser must maintain a valid payment method throughout the payment period.
If a payment fails, TMV Performance or Stripe may:
- Retry the payment
- Request an updated payment - method
- Temporarily suspend programme access
- Withhold training plans, video analysis or other programme services
- Cancel the athlete’s place after reasonable attempts to collect payment
Suspension or removal due to non-payment does not automatically eliminate amounts already owed under the programme commitment.
5. Refunds and Withdrawals
Programme payments are non-refundable once processed, except where required by law or where TMV Performance cancels services without providing a reasonable replacement.
Refunds, credits, transfers or payment relief are not guaranteed for:
- Athlete withdrawal
- Missed sessions
- Injury or illness
- Schedule conflicts
- Team or school commitments
- Travel
- Dissatisfaction with athletic progress
- Removal for misconduct or non-payment
TMV Performance may, at its sole discretion, offer a programme credit, transfer, replacement session or other accommodation in exceptional circumstances. Offering an exception in one case does not require TMV Performance to offer the same exception in another case.
6. Attendance and Missed Sessions
Athletes are expected to arrive on time and prepared to participate.
At least 24 hours’ notice is required for requests to change an individually scheduled session, meeting, assessment or video-analysis appointment.
Providing notice does not guarantee that another session time will be available.
Sessions missed with less than 24 hours’ notice, late cancellations and no-shows may be forfeited without refund or credit.
Because most on-court and strength sessions are semi-private or group-based, TMV Performance does not guarantee make-up sessions when an athlete misses their assigned session.
7. Changes or Cancellations by TMV Performance
TMV Performance may reasonably adjust:
- Session times
- Training groups
- Facilities
- Courts or weight rooms
- Coaches or support personnel
- Session format
- Programme content or exercise selection

- A replacement session
- An equivalent service
- An account credit
If TMV Performance permanently cancels a substantial portion of the programme and cannot provide a reasonable replacement, the purchaser will receive a proportionate refund for the services not provided.

The purchaser and athlete are responsible for disclosing relevant injuries, medical conditions, physical limitations and return-to-play restrictions.
The athlete must immediately report pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty, concussion symptoms or any other concerning symptoms experienced during training.
TMV Performance may restrict or stop an athlete’s participation when continued participation may be unsafe. TMV Performance may also request medical clearance before allowing the athlete to return.
Participation may require completion of separate documents, including:
- Health and readiness - questionnaires
- Emergency contact information

- Refrain from attending while impaired by alcohol, cannabis or other substances

TMV Performance does not guarantee:
- A specific improvement in performance
- Increased vertical jump or strength
- Selection to a club, school or provincial team
- A starting position
- College or university recruitment
- A scholarship

Athlete effort, attendance, recovery, nutrition, health, training history and adherence to the programme all affect results.
11. Training Materials

This may include:
- Payment notices
- Schedule changes
- Onboarding instructions
- Athlete feedback
- Programme assignments

Marketing messages will be handled separately from essential programme communications.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, the programme description shown at purchase, the applicable payment page and any separately signed athlete waivers or consent documents form the agreement between the purchaser and TMV Performance.
Material changes will not be applied retroactively to an existing programme commitment without the purchaser’s agreement, except where a change is required by law or necessary to protect participant safety.
